In early 2022, a leading mobile gaming publisher and app development company was looking to promote a new title and gain additional app installs through in-app advertising. For this effort, the gaming company partnered with Aarki, a leader in the mobile paid user acquisition market. And to ensure that Aarki was reaching the right audiences globally and displaying ads in highly effective in-app placements, Aarki leveraged InMobi Exchange for the campaign.
Campaign Overview

The campaign was primarily focused on boosting installs on iOS devices. With Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework in effect, it has become more difficult to reach and engage specific iOS users with a high propensity to download a particular app. Luckily, InMobi Exchange has already proven to be an effective, privacy-compliant supply partner for Aarki.

Results

Overall, the brand saw impressive results throughout the 23-day campaign, highlighting the value that both Aarki and InMobi Exchange brought to the table. Between the first day and the last day of the campaign, daily installs rose by over 676%.
Results

In addition, throughout the campaign, per-day cost per installs (CPIs) dropped by more than 95%. By the last day of the campaign, the average CPI achieved was almost 95% lower than the client’s CPI benchmark.

The ads themselves were well received as well. Over the course of the campaign, click rates went up by over 510% and click-through rates (CTRs) rose by more than 127%.
